Couple Therapy

Couples often reach out when they feel stuck in the same arguments or disconnected from one another. Therapy focuses on understanding what happens between you during conflict and finding a steadier way forward.

Together, we look at patterns that escalate tension, slow things down, and practice responding differently.

The aim isn’t to avoid conflict, but to move through it without damaging the relationship.

Premarital therapy (Secular)

Premarital therapy offers couples space to slow down and understand how they function together — especially during stress or disagreement.

Couples explore patterns, clarify expectations, and strengthen their ability to respond thoughtfully to one another before marriage.

The process is secular and relationship-focused, and typically follows a recommended eight-session structure organized around key relational themes.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers space to slow down and better understand the patterns, stressors, and questions shaping your life. Many people come to therapy when something feels unsettled — in their relationships, identity, or sense of direction.

Sessions focus on exploring those experiences with curiosity and clarity. Together we look at how past experiences, current stress, and relational patterns influence the way you move through the world.

Sessions are offered virtually and may vary depending on the clinician’s specialty.
